Eloisa Spinola Depina, came from a third world country – Cape Verde Island – from the age of four, her family was always chasing “the American Dream” which home ownership being one of the primaries.

Over 10 years ago she studied hard, got her real estate license and became an agent. She hit the ground running in her own community, and her business grew.
